This role sits at the intersection of game production and product management, requiring a leader who can define product strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver world-class gaming experiences built on iconic Amazon MGM Studios intellectual properties. As an Executive Producer, you will operate with significant independence in an environment where product strategy, feature design, and business approach may not yet be defined. You will own the product roadmap and production processes across multiple areas, influencing teams, development and publishing partners, and stakeholders to deliver games that delight customers and drive business results. A successful candidate will excel in cross-functional teamwork, thrive in bringing new gaming experiences to market, use data to make strategic decisions, and enjoy solving problems with ambiguity.
