About this role
Amazon Flex Capacity Planning PM, Amazon Flex Osasco, Sao Paulo, BRA The Amazon Flex program uses independent drivers-called delivery partners-to deliver to our customers. Through the Amazon Flex app, drivers sign up for the program, schedule pickup times, are guided during routes with the navigation system, and more. The Amazon Flex program is seeking a Capacity Planning Manager with proven experience leading strategic, tactical, and cross-functional projects and programs. This position leads the program's Capacity Planning strategies, requiring coordination with cross-functional teams to jointly define process/system requirements and solutions to continuously improve program efficiency and quality. This position involves regular communication with senior management to develop future roadmaps and react quickly to changing business environments. The ideal candidate combines extensive planning experience with proven analytical capabilities and a strong sense of innovation to lead complex projects from conception to completion. Key job responsibilities - Manage and oversee various multifunctional programs, ensuring their successful delivery. - Develop and enhance program strategies, effectively leading and motivating teams. - Define clear objectives for programs, using data analysis to drive improvements and achieve goals. - Deal with ambiguities in business scenarios and resolve them by applying creative problem solving skills. - Promote collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success. - Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with client needs and technical team contributions. - Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from becoming larger problems. - Communicate regularly with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key
