Account Manager, NHS Regional Healthcare, UK Public Sector Healthcare London, England, GBR We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own and grow relationships across a portfolio of NHS trusts and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) within a defined region, driving cloud adoption aligned to the NHS Long-Term Plan. Key job responsibilities 1/ Own a portfolio of NHS trusts and ICS organisations within an assigned region, building C-suite and IT leadership relationships (CIO, CDIO, CFO, Director of Digital) 2/ Develop and execute account plans that align AWS cloud capabilities to customer transformation priorities (frontline digitisation, interoperability, productivity, cyber resilience) 3/ Position cloud migration as a business transformation lever - articulating financial, operational, and clinical outcomes to Board-level stakeholders 4/ Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities across infrastructure migration, managed services, data platforms, and AI/ML workloads 5/ Work with the AWS partner ecosystem (GSIs, managed service providers, health-tech ISVs) to develop joint solutions and co-sell motions 6/ Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Partner Development Managers, and Specialist teams to deliver technical depth and proof-of-concept engagements 7/ Navigate NHS procurement frameworks (Crown Commercial Service, HTE, NHSE commercial routes) and support customers through complex multi-stakeholder buying processes 8/ Contribute to thought leadership, policy engagement, and industry events that position AWS as the strategic cloud partner for NHS healthcare A day in the life No two days in this role are the same.
