Account Manager , ESM - Paid Program Hanoi, VNM Amazon Global Selling VN - Existing Seller Management team is seeking a dynamic, principled, and results-driven Account Manager to join the SAS-Pro Paid Program team in Vietnam. As a dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of top-tier Selling Partners, you will champion their growth on Amazon's global marketplaces - delivering strategic consultation, performance management, and trusted partnership at the highest level. You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison for key accounts across : Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, building deep, long-term relationships with top sellers while driving measurable business outcomes. Key job responsibilities - Seller Growth: Proactively inquire and engage with Top-Performance Selling Partners to accelerate their global business on Amazon. Design and execute tailored growth strategies to maximize seller performance and revenue generation. - Strategic Relationship Management: Build and sustain trusted, professional relationships with top Selling Partners across Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia - acting as a credible advisor who earns confidence through expertise, consistency, and integrity. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor account health and performance metrics; identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with sellers to implement improvement plans that drive sustainable business growth. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across relevant internal teams - including marketing, operations, and program management - to ensure seamless communication, effective execution, and alignment on seller objectives. - Business Analysis & Strategy Consultation: Apply strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking to assess seller performance, uncover growth levers, and deliver data-driven
