AGL is an integrated, end-to-end, supply chain solution that simplifies the complex global logistics for enterprise customers and Amazon's selling partners. With AGL, businesses can seamlessly transport their inventory from the factory door (in overseas locations such as China and Vietnam) directly to locations in US, UK, EU and JP - all with a click of a button. AGL's aim is to optimize the end-to-end supply chain, allowing customers to focus on what they do best - building unique product offerings that their customers love. Ideal Candidate Profile: You thrive in ambiguity and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You possess high levels of creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail. You're deeply data-oriented and know how to translate customer requirements into compelling value propositions. You have a proven track record of in pipeline development and sales target achievement. Key job responsibilities -Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of Selling Partners for Amazon Global Logistics suite of supply chain services to meet or exceed sales targets (Sellers launched, volume, revenue, etc.) -Own sales activities including outreach, sales pipeline management, forecasting, operational troubleshooting, Selling Partner education, etc. -Identify growth opportunities through solutions-based selling by identifying and understanding Selling Partners' supply chain needs -Conduct
