About the team We're seeking an Operations Manager to work directly with our Technical Solutions organization to build cross-functional programs and processes, solve complex operational challenges, and enable scalability and excellence. Technical Solutions at Alloy encompasses Solutions Engineering, Implementation Management, Technical Account Management, Technical Support, and Solutions Architecture. This role sits within Alloy's centralized Operations function - which serves as the strategic and operational backbone for Product, Engineering, and Technical Solutions - and owns the Technical Solutions vertical end-to-end.
