The role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our EMEA team in London. This role is focused on delivering high-quality coordination and operational support across our hiring processes. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions. In addition to core coordination responsibilities, you will partner closely with experienced recruiters and gain exposure to different aspects of the recruiting lifecycle within a high-performing, international environment. Over time, the role may offer opportunities to further develop recruiting-related skills, depending on business needs and individual performance. What you'll do You will act as a central point of coordination for recruiting activities while supporting the broader Talent Acquisition team in delivering effective hiring processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones - Coordinating candidate communications and ensuring a professional and timely experience - Organizing logistics for interviews, hiring processes, and recruiting events - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking systems - Supporting campus recruiting activities
