What you'll do Build and lead a top-talented engineering hub in Buenos Aires that delivers scalable, secure, and reliable software for our products portfolio. Create scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions that multiply our clients' results and drive business growth. Build and ship LLM-driven product features (RAG, document Q&A, intelligent workflows) that drive user growth and revenue. Take a hands-on role, both at the architecture and code level
