Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline. New graduate or up to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively. Fluent in English and comfortable in a multicultural environment. Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with multiple priorities. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
