Job Purpose Supervise Quality Control personnel to ensure Product Quality and customer satisfaction. Make sure all products released from Quality Control lab meet customer specifications. Key Accountabilities • Supervise Lab personnel in regards to all Quality testing, including Raw materials, semi finished production and in process checks • Maintain calibration/verification procedures and ensure proper testing done in regards to ISO9001 standard • Ensure proper inspection plans, panel standards, and wet standards are properly maintained and updated • Involve and confirm the scale up process with MET, Production, and RDI to ensure products released for full scale production are Right First time
