Job Purpose The Merchandiser is responsible for delivering excellent merchandising standards and in-store product support across Large Scale Operator (LSO) stores (e.g., GAME, Builders Warehouse, MICMAR). This role ensures strong Dulux brand presence through effective displays, point-of-sale execution, product availability, and customer assistance while driving sales through product knowledge, demonstrations, and adherence to the store call procedure. Key Accountabilities Merchandising standards & display execution Maintain AkzoNobel/Dulux shelf and display standards in line with agreed guidelines.
