Director, Surgeon Recruitment Remote Overview The Director of Surgeon Recruitment is a highly skilled and experienced Physician Recruiter who understands the full-cycle physician recruitment process, particularly within the Aesthetics space or similar specialty practices. Responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier surgeon talent while closely collaborating with operational and clinical teams to align hiring with business goals. About AirSculpt ® AirSculpt® is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision, available exclusively at AirSculpt offices. This minimally invasive procedure removes unwanted fat, tightens skin, and can transfer fat to enhance other areas, sculpting targeted areas of the body with precise results and minimal downtime. More than 75,000 cases have been performed in AirSculpt's 30+ premium locations throughout the United States and Canada. Responsibilities include: - End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for surgeons - from sourcing and outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding - with a focus on hard-to-fill roles. - Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified cosmetic and plastic surgeons proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building. - Data & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to fill, source of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, etc.) with a high degree of accuracy. Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on data trends. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations and Clinical Leadership to ensure alignment between recruitment activities and business needs, including workforce planning and introduction of new services. - Market Intelligence: Stay informed on aesthetic market trends, compensation benchmarks,
