The Community You Will Join: The Global Markets & Policy Advanced Analytics team is building the data infrastructure, measurement systems, and self-service tools that will power Airbnb's international growth in 2026 and beyond. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape how global teams make nimbler decisions, moving from HQ-dependent reporting cycles to fast, local, data-driven action. This role will partner directly with Global Markets regional teams combined with Finance and Supply to surface local insights, build scalable tooling, and drive measurable impact on core business metrics. The ideal candidate brings deep technical rigor, strong business instincts, and a bias toward proactively building things-not just analyzing them.
