Senior Technical Program Manager, Hosting Services United States Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. As we grow to achieve that mission, we're looking to add a technical, hands-on, and mission-driven Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to the Hosting Services team. Hosting Services focuses on building tools that make hosting on Airbnb easier. This includes building new as well as expanding existing solutions, such as co-host matching and management tools, as well as systems that enhance campaign delivery and host referrals across the platform. The team works across multiple tracks to simplify the hosting experience and unlock growth for both new and existing hosts. The Difference You Will Make: We are seeking a Senior TPM who is genuinely excited about leveraging AI to redefine what is possible in this role. You will be the force multiplier that can scale the team's impact tenfold, automate repetitive workflows, and free up time for strategic thinking and complex problem-solving.
