They manage the AirCover program, which includes Guest Travel Insurance, Host income protection, Host liability insurance, and Host damage protection. The team ensures that Guest and Host are protected against various scenarios such as guest-caused damage and deep cleaning needs, and they support guests with rebooking, refunds, and safety assistance.
