The Community You Will Join: The Insurance team at Airbnb is responsible for providing comprehensive protection for both guests and hosts. They manage the AirCover program, which includes Guest Travel Insurance, Host income protection, Host liability insurance, and Host damage protection. The team ensures that Guest and Host are protected against various scenarios such as guest-caused damage and deep cleaning needs, and they support guests with rebooking, refunds, and safety assistance.
