Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. Identity & Privacy Experience is a product engineering team within Users, Identity, and Community (UIC) in Guest & Host. We build the user-facing experiences that let people manage how they are represented, verified, and protected on Airbnb - spanning identity verification, profile visibility controls, terms of service consent, and privacy settings. We partner closely with Trust platform teams (who build the underlying systems) to deliver the product layer that users directly interact with. As Engineering Manager, Identity & Privacy Experience, you will lead a team of 6-8 engineers building the experiences that establish and maintain trust between Airbnb and its community of hosts and guests. Your team's work directly impacts regulatory compliance, user safety, and the authenticity of every interaction on the platform. The community you will join Identity & Privacy Experience sits at the intersection of user trust, regulatory compliance, and product experience. The team builds the surfaces where users verify their identity, control their privacy, and consent to terms - high-stakes flows that millions of people encounter. You'll join a group within
