Tutoring Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project World Wide - Remote Are you an experienced instructional professional with hands-on knowledge of pedagogy, complex concept breakdown, and clear communication eager to independently contract and help shape how AI understands educational work? As AI systems increasingly model instructional operations and teaching workflows, their accuracy depends on training data grounded in real learning environments. That training data begins with experts who know the work firsthand. We're seeking independent Instructional Experts with tangible, hands-on experience teaching, tutoring, or building curriculum. This includes experience with university instruction, bootcamp mentoring, corporate enablement, or online course creation. This project will include challenging AI models on realistic educational scenarios involving reasoning quality, instructional value, pedagogical logic, and the creation of "gold standard" teaching exemplars. Contractors will engage the model on complex instructional scenarios, validate whether its understanding of pedagogical concepts reflects best-in-class teaching practice, evaluate AI outputs for clarity and correctness, analyze subtle reasoning errors, document gaps in logic, and provide structured, rewritten explanations to elevate how the model reasons and teaches. Deep expertise in instruction and structured reasoning is required to complete these deliverables, including the ability to communicate with high empathy and high rigor. Prior experience as a TA, tutor, lecturer, or course creator is highly valued, particularly with platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or Udacity.
