About this role

Photoshop Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project United States of America Are you a Photoshop expert eager to shape the future of AI? Large‑scale language models are evolving from clever chatbots into powerful engines of creativity and productivity. With high‑quality training data, tomorrow's AI can empower artists, streamline workflows, and unlock new levels of design automation. That training data begins with you-we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI. We're looking for Photoshop specialists who live and breathe photo editing, photo compositing, photomanipulation, photo retouching, color correction, color grading, layer masking, smart objects, adjustment layers, blend modes, filters, typography, and digital illustration. You'll challenge advanced language models on topics like non-destructive editing techniques, realistic mockups, advanced selections, actions and automation, image resolution optimization, and creative effects-documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. On a typical day, you will converse with the model on real-world design scenarios and technical Photoshop questions, verify factual accuracy and workflow logic, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. A bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, or a closely related field is ideal; a strong portfolio, professional experience with Photoshop, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite tools signal fit. Coursework from platforms like School of Motion, KelbyOne, Domestika, or Udemy in Photoshop or related areas doesn't hurt. Clear, metacognitive communication-“showing your work”-is essential. Ready to turn your Photoshop expertise into the knowledge base for tomorrow's AI? Apply
