Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors nightly. Hand dust and wipe clean with damp or treated cloth all office furniture, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, desk phones, and other surfaces. Desks and other furniture must be cleared of all items by the office tenant. Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces: doors, door frames, around light switches, private entrance glass and partitions daily. Wash clean and disinfect all water coolers daily.
