THE OPPORTUNITY As a UX Manager, you will lead a team of UX designers working across ActBlue's suite of products. You will set the conditions for great work - establishing shared vision, building cross-functional partnerships, and creating the processes and culture that help your team do their best thinking. You'll be as invested in your team's growth as you are in the quality of the work they ship. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership and product strategy.
