The Work: - Oversee multiple functional work streams/domains on a major Workday implementation project (e.g, function as the overall HCM Lead for the project) or function as the lead for the HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Security, etc. work streams - Manage functional teams - Lead Functional work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limited to compensation grades, grade ranges, compensation steps, compensation plans, eligibility rules, advanced compensation configuration and processing -Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements - Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff - Architect Workday functional solutioning to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated - Advise clients on
