The work - Technical documentation writing, not transaction processing. Technical writing samples will be requested if granted an interview. - Provide functional and/or technical writing support for resolution of internal program inquiries. - Liaise with other teams members as required to resolve questions/issues in a timely manner. Emphasis on ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up. - Create and write original documents - Develop, review and edit documentation of technical IT products, policies, security standards, processes, procedures and deployments - Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports - Communicate with team members, engineers and Subject Matter Experts to identify the process, document, and publish Standard Operating Procedures - Maintain
