The Work: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer to support, enhance, and optimize our enterprise middleware platforms. This role involves hands‑on development, system administration, troubleshooting, and upgrade activities across Oracle's middleware product suites. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and support solutions across Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms, including WebLogic, SOA Suite, BPM Suite, WebCenter, and ADF. - Support the full lifecycle of WebCenter applications from development through production, including deployments, performance tuning, and operational monitoring. - Provide advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for complex issues across WebCenter, SOA, BPM, and WebLogic environments. - Perform and support middleware upgrade and migration activities across Oracle product families, including planning, execution, validation, and environment stabilization. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure stable,
