We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Deployment Operations Lead to oversee large‑scale, multi‑site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployments. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across all phases of deployment-from pre‑deployment planning through go‑live and post‑implementation optimization. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail‑oriented leader who excels in stakeholder engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and structured project execution. The work: Operational Leadership & Execution - Lead and manage enterprise‑level operational activities supporting a complex, multi‑site EHR deployment. - Maintain and track key performance metrics, weekly status reporting, issue and risk escalations, and schedule adherence. - Oversee program‑wide deployment processes, including wave planning, milestone tracking, and reporting. - Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, budget parameters, and quality standards.
