The work: In this role, you will onboard client applications to new Okta and SailPoint identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions in an Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) program. As part of onboarding, you will: - Coordinate meetings with application teams to gather onboarding requirements and execute integration - Orchestrate activities of separate technical integration, business process re-engineering, and change management teams - To facilitate the onboarding process, you will prepare job aids, runbooks, and other deliverables as-needed. For this role, you should have strong communication skills, understand change management concepts, and understand ICAM basics.
