The Cyber Workforce & Training Lead is responsible for the daily management, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's Security Education, Training, and Awareness program. This role ensures that users receive effective, timely, and relevant cybersecurity training while supporting enterprise‑wide initiatives to strengthen security culture and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership and Operations - Lead, manage, and continuously enhance SETA program operations, including annual training cycles, internal training initiatives, compliance obligations, and ongoing process improvements. - Monitor and enforce user compliance by tracking completion rates, identifying and following up with delinquent users, and reconciling discrepancies across systems such as AzureAD, HRIS, and onboarding/offboarding workflows. Communications & Awareness - Oversee all SETA communications, including management of the program's intranet presence.
