Work location: Winchester, VA up to 50% on-site The work: - Conduct stakeholder interviews, user/task analysis, personas, storyboards, scenarios, and experience goal setting. - Lead UI/UX design activities including conceptual modeling, information architecture, wireframes, flowcharts, and high‑fidelity prototypes. - Facilitate observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and iterative design sessions. - Develop UI mockups, clickable prototypes, and proof‑of‑concept interfaces using Figma and prototyping tools. - Create original graphic assets suchas icons, images, sketches, tables, and visual components. - Implement layout adjustments and design refinements based on user research and testing results. - Identify and troubleshoot UX/UI issues, usability gaps, and design inconsistencies. - Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal UX policies. - Communicate research insights, design rationale, prototypes, and specifications visually
