Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward! The work: Lead a large-scale SAFe transformation, including vision, roadmap, and multiteam Agile adoption. Coach executives, leaders, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Agile mindset and best practices. Design and deliver Agile training (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) with custom curricula and instructional materials tailored for each audience. Launch and coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs); facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos, and cross-team coordination events. Conduct Agile maturity assessments, identify capability gaps, and create improvement plans for teams and ARTs. Use Agile tooling (Jira/Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne, Confluence, Miro) for planning, metrics, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement using retrospectives, health checks, surveys, and feedback loops. Report on key Agile metrics (predictability, flow, throughput, cycle time, PI objectives).
