The Role As the AI Enablement Program Manager, you will own Abridge's company-wide strategy for AI tool adoption, literacy, and safe use. You will design and run the programs, frameworks, and embedded enablement loops that help Abridge move fast with AI without creating compliance, security, or accuracy risk. You will operate at the intersection of IT, Security, and the business, reporting to the Head of IT and working closely with the CISO and functional leads across the company.
