Job Description: Missions : Intervention dans un environnement de production pharmaceutique utilisant des équipements en single-use. La préparation des activités de culture : Qualification des équipements, vérification de la disponibilité des tampons, matières, montages, Vide ligne, rangement et organisation de la zone de production en respect des BPF (bonnes pratiques de fabrication) et des procédures internes. La réalisation des activités de cultures : Amplification des cultures en flask puis en wave bag jusqu'à l'inoculation en bioréacteur (200 Litres/ 2000 Litres), Clarification du lot en fin de culture, Réalisation de banque cellulaire, Respect de la traçabilité sur les activités réalisées et en lien avec le dossier de lot, Ouverture de déviations le cas échéant, Entretien de la zone de production. Suivi des activités USP de production : Revue des fiches de travail, Revue post activités, Compilation des données, Participation aux investigations techniques. Ce poste s'effectuera en rotation (matin/après-midi), avec des gardes ponctuelles le week-end, sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe de production cellulaire.
