Job Description: Systems Analyst/Platform owner, Global Security Systems is responsible for the governance, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms supporting crisis management, mass notification, case management, audit, and dispatch operations. This role ensures the secure, reliable, and effective operation of systems, while partnering across Global Security, IT, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to strengthen operational resilience and support global response capabilities. Responsibilities Lead the global operating model, governance, standards, and control framework for Enterprise Security Systems, including risk monitoring, mass alert notification, and case handling. Define and manage roles, permissions, and least privilege/data-minimization access. Maintain and communicate the multi-quarter platform roadmap aligned to business priorities and vendor capabilities. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, including performance metrics, issue logs, enhancement backlogs, and action plans. Publish monthly and quarterly dashboards on usage, delivery success, incident metrics, case throughput, audit completion, and SLA performance. Support readiness testing, live exercises, and post-incident reviews. Configure audit programs, ensure chain-of-custody integrity, maintain complete audit trails,
