Job Description: AbbVie is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist to support Operations and Process Development labs at our Worcester site. In this site-based role, you will lead the site's occupational/ industrial hygiene program and provide technical EHS support for laboratory safety. The ideal candidate will have strong lab and chemical safety experience, along with a background in industrial hygiene. Responsibilities Develop and implement EHS programs, training, and policies to reduce incidents and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. Conduct qualitative and quantitative occupational hygiene risk assessments and exposure monitoring. Develop sampling strategies, technical reports, and recommendations to reduce risk. Perform ergonomic assessments and process design risk reviews and provide recommendations to reduce risk. Develop and deliver occupational hygiene and ergonomics training. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company EHS requirements. Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
