Job Description: The Senior Manager serves as a strategic cross-functional leader focused on Migraine Prevention. While the core responsibility is to champion innovative marketing strategies and communications for Migraine Prevention, the role maintains a portfolio mindset-aligning initiatives with broader brand, therapeutic area, and organizational objectives. The Sr. Manager ensures that all tactics elevate the care standard, drive differentiation, and deliver an exceptional patient experience within the migraine portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for Migraine Prevention, ensuring integration with the overall migraine portfolio direction. Analyze data (market research, performance dashboards, Veeva reports, etc.) to generate actionable insights for Migraine Prevention and inform portfolio strategy alignment. Collaborate and co-create with cross-functional stakeholders-including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Public Affairs, Health Economics, Patient Relations, Business Insights, OEC, and Global Learning-as well as Area and affiliate teams.
