Job description : We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished in vitro biologist to join our cancer research organization. This scientist will be part of a team dedicated to discovering and developing novel immunotherapies for cancer treatment. Investigate, identify, develop and optimize in vitro assays and cellular models to interrogate immune cell activity and immune and tumor cell interactions. Perform standard biochemical, cellular and molecular techniques; experience in CRISPR-mediated gene editing is preferred. Identify and troubleshoot experimental procedures to generate conclusive results. Generate reliable and reproducible data in a timely manner.
