Job Description: We are looking for a Management Assistant to join our team in Wavre. We offer a hybrid working model, with 3 days on site and 2 days working from home each week. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to different departments, assisting team members with administrative, financial, and logistical processes. You will ensure that all finance-related activities, events, meetings, and other processes are supported in a compliant and meticulous manner. Key responsibilities: Ensure proper execution, coordination, and good outcome of all administrative activities. Initiation and follow-up of contacts, suppliers, Purchase Orders, and Invoices. Initiation and follow-up of Service Agreements. Track expenses, budget, and expense forecast. Optimize logistic and administrative support to managers by anticipating needs. Tasks and responsibilities : Ensure the smooth running of interaction processes with external partners, strictly adhering to internal compliance. Manage the practical organization of affiliate employee meetings. Assist the business with administrative tasks: adapting presentations, coordinating internal events, and handling projects as necessary. Conduct necessary follow-ups
