Job Description: The Head of Fillers and Regenerative Injectables PCS (Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy) is responsible for shaping the integrated strategic vision, direction and implementation for the hyaluronic acid, biostimulatory, and regenerative injectables portfolio. The individual is responsible for all aspects of the new product pipeline and overall strategy for the Allergan Aesthetics Fillers & Regenerative Injectables portfolio to help support our long-term leadership of the category through innovation and category expansion. This individual will lead a team to develop and deliver against a pipeline strategy that contributes business growth, drives category leadership, and optimizes the portfolio value. This includes building a deep understanding of the global market landscape, trends, customer and consumer needs, and creating a plan to address gaps through internal and external innovation. They will provide the strategic oversight and guidance to manage the interdependencies and learnings across our injectables franchises to maximize the success of our pipeline.
