Job Description: The Finance Manager leads capital financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Business Technology Solutions (BTS). This role owns Plan, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), and Long-Range Plan (LRP) processes, provides variance analysis and insights, and supports leadership decision-making on capital allocation. Responsibilities Lead latest best estimate, annual, and long-range planning for BTS DHQ capital and project expense, including P&L, balance sheet, and capital submissions to Corporate FP&A Support BTS capital planning cycles across Global Commercial, R&D Information Research, Operations, and Corporate Services Develop planning timelines, assumptions, and guidance to meet corporate deadlines and planning deliverables Own monthly variance analysis and present risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership and budget owners Oversee Construction in Progress governance, capitalization reviews, KPI tracking, and annual impairment analyses to ensure compliance and financial accuracy Maintain and enhance depreciation models to improve forecasting accuracy and long-range projections Serve as capital subject matter expert by reviewing Requests for Capital Expenditure for policy compliance
