Job Description: This position reports to the Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie's Quarterly Earnings Calls, Board of Directors (BOD) & Executive Leadership Team (ELT) packages, Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) Metrics, and Entity Plan. This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership through the CFO. Responsibilities Lead the preparation of the quarterly earnings package used by AbbVie Executives / Investor Relations during earnings calls Assist with producing key analytics for BOD, ELT, Leadership Forum & other management packages Collaborate with Investor Relations to produce analytics that inform LBEs, Quarterly Flash, LRP, Plan and BOD package publications Support Associate Director, Entity Planning with entity forecast consolidation and modeling for Plan / LBE / LRP, including Intercompany Reconciliations, Deferred Margin analysis and Performance vs Entity reconciliation Compile a comprehensive monthly Executive Goal Grading Reporting Package Liaison
