Job Description: The objective of the US Demand Planning team is to monitor and maintain the stability of AbbVie product in the U.S. supply channel, ensure the equitable allocation of product to customers and provide business insights on wholesaler & specialty pharmacy purchase trends across AbbVie's Immunology brands. The primary areas of focus for the Demand Planning organization are to interact with key stakeholders involved in both the production and order fulfillment of product in the Abbvie supply chain, administer Wholesaler Distribution Service Agreements, provide purchase trend insights and continually assess wholesaler and specialty pharmacy buying patterns/financial impacts. The Director, Demand Planning Immunology, must have a strong knowledge of the business environment across his/her area of responsibility and be able to take a leadership role in project management. The position also requires a strong working knowledge in a number of other technical areas, including financial modeling, data organization, Abbvie's distribution network and contract administration/compliance.
