Job Description: MD Fill This is an A2 Shift, 6PM-6:30AM Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday (w/ 15% Diff) The primary job functions of this position are to act as the equipment maintenance technician for the completion of scheduled and demand preventive/predictive equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of process and facility equipment, and to deliver 24 hour / 7 days a week maintenance support to the facility. The Mechanical Equipment Technician will also provide technical support in the design, installation, and qualification of new or modified process or facility equipment. Responsibilities Performs or arranges for preventive and demand maintenance on a wide variety of equipment, including structural, HVAC, plumbing, and process equipment. Supports reliability-centered maintenance program(s) at the site by performing or coordinating completion of predictive maintenance activities such as equipment vibration analysis, oil/lubricant analysis, ultrasonic thickness or other non-destructive testing, infrared heat mapping, etc. Conducts and documents activities in a manner that maintains facility compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP), process safety
