Job Description: Director II, Clinical Field Excellence steers the strategic direction and elevates the performance of Clinical Site Management (CSM)'s clinical field activities globally, driving continuous innovation and improvement, ensuring that AbbVie remains at the forefront of the industry. This individual will foster a culture of excellence in the field, ensuring that the organization's clinical field operations are aligned with best practices and industry standards. This position reports to the Senior Director, Head of Clinical Field Excellence and Site Centricity. This role will collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to the CSM Leadership Team, Medical Affairs globally, Business Insights/Study Feasibility/Patient Recruitment, Global, Area & Country CSM teams, and CDO stakeholders to achieve and drive the vision.
