Job Description: The Director of Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy leads the full global product strategy through commercialization for assigned product lines in the Aesthetic Toxin Franchise. The Franchise is a key growth platform and includes BOTOX/Vistabel/Vista®, Boey®, and toxins in development. This individual contributor position is part of the Global Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy organization and reports to the franchise leader of the Aesthetic Toxin Franchise. You collaborate across the entire research and development spectrum to align customer, consumer and commercial priorities, to translate to new product development concepts that are unique, distinct and differentiated. This includes the development and execution of the early brand plans and early commercialization strategy, from Target Product Profile (Customer Expectation) and Expected Product Profile, to commercialization, inclusive of exercising a voice on the clinical study design as well as into the regulatory strategy.
