Job Description: Role Summary The Data Specialist Intern supports the team with day-to-day activities, analysis, and project work. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional environment, helping to build practical skills while contributing to business objectives. Key Responsibilities Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies Research and verify information using approved sources Make simple updates and corrections to records Help organize and maintain data in company systems Support the team with day-to-day data tasks Learn how AI-enabled tools can help improve data accuracy and productivity Contribute ideas for making processes more efficient Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed Qualifications: Top Skills & Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Science, Engineering, Technology, etc.) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Additional Preferred Qualifications Prior internship, co-op,
