Job Description: The Associate Director, HUB Strategy - Access & Reimbursement Solutions is a strategic and operational leader responsible for delivering operational excellence, financial accountability, and collaborative leadership across all Access & Reimbursement Solutions activities - specifically those managed within an access and reimbursement HUB or Copay Support environment. This individual will optimize patient access to therapies, drive program performance, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through effective teamwork and process rigor. Responsibilities: Vendor Management and Program Execution: Ensure all Statements of Work (SOW) are delivered in full alignment with contractual obligations, while establishing, documenting, and maintaining standardized processes and procedures to support consistent compliance and operational governance. Program Oversight: Conduct routine health checks for HUB/Copay Support programs and proactively manage risks and improvements. Strategic Recommendation: Own the development and delivery of strategic recommendations for access and reimbursement solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic imperatives and broader business objectives.
