Main Function Ensure the quality of products and processes with a focus on the internal and external Customer by identifying problems and risks to establish plans to solve or mitigate them, in accordance with the established process complying with the Safety, Health and Environment Management System and the Internal Work Regulations (RIT). Essential Roles and Responsibilities Ensure that products and processes are carried out in accordance with the established control plans, as well as the documented requirements of the Quality Management System. Use basic quality tools to measure and analyze the performance of applicable KPI's and metrics. Solve problems and improve processes using problem-solving tools such as 8-step PSFC, 8D, 5-phase, PDCA, DMAIC, etc. Use statistical tools to measure, analyze, improve and control processes, such as SPC, Process Capability Studies, MSA (GR&R).
