The Role We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Sr Learning and Development Specialist to drive capability-building across the business through high-impact learning experiences. This individual will report to the Sr Manager of the Global Learning Development Center of Excellence. This role serves as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, business leaders , and employees translating business priorities, skill gaps, and growth objectives into targeted learning strategies and programs. The Learning Partner owns the end-to-end lifecycle of learning solutions -from needs analysis and design through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
