Senior Executive Assistant Pleasanton, California, USA HQ ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for an EA who thrives in a fast-moving, scaling environment. You will be the operational backbone for our Chief Commercial Officer and Global Head of Marketing, not just managing calendars, but actively anticipating needs, closing loops, and enabling leaders to move fast with confidence. We are looking for someone who treats follow-through as a personal standard, responds with urgency, and can make sound, independent judgment calls.This role is designed for a self-starting partner who thrives on autonomy. We are looking for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, navigates ambiguity with ease, and takes pride in staying three steps ahead without needing a roadmap . This role operates at significant scale. The CCO and Global Head of Marketing collectively carry a high meeting load across internal teams, external partners, and a global organization. The ability to manage this volume proactively is essential. WHAT YOU BE DOING Serve as the dedicated EA to the Chief Commercial Officer and Global Head of Marketing, with support extended to the broader commercial and marketing leadership teams as needed Own complex, high-volume calendar management: proactively resolving conflicts, anticipating scheduling needs, and protecting time for strategic priorities without being prompted Prepare and distribute weekly meeting agendas; attend staff meetings, capture action items, and drive follow-through to completion, owning accountability, beyond documentation Act as the primary point of contact between the CCO, Global Head of Marketing, and internal and external stakeholders; communicate
