About the Team We act as financial advisors for the company's most critical product and marketing initiatives. Our team ensures every dollar spent on Marketing, Incentives, and Client Experience drives measurable growth. We work hand-in-hand with cross-functional leaders to forecast impact, optimize incentive structures, and provide the data-driven financial insights that steer our corporate strategy. About the Role As the Senior Financial Analyst for Product on the Product and Marketing Finance Team, you will play a critical role by partnering with our product management teams and providing financial modeling to forecast and analyze the outcomes of revenue and client growth initiatives across the organization. You will be a key partner for the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, opportunity sizing and regular reviews of financial & KPI results. You will need strong analytical, system, and collaboration skills in this role. You have the ability to understand the Company's financial and operational models, as well as its strategic goals, while also being very detail oriented.
