You will serve as a key partner to technology leadership and engineering teams-bringing clarity, structure, and predictability to complex technical work. This role is ideal for a technical project manager who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and internal platforms within a creative production environment and enjoys collaborating across teams. Job Functions Own end-to-end delivery for multiple, concurrent engineering projects including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. Develop and maintain roadmaps, project plans, and delivery forecasts to ensure visibility on timelines and milestones. Proactively identify risks, tradeoffs, inefficiencies, and constraints, and drive resolution with project stakeholders. Ensure projects are aligned with company objectives, priorities, production timelines, and technical strategy. Serve as the primary liaison between technology leadership, engineering teams, and production stakeholders. Translate complex technical discussions into clear, actionable plans and stakeholder-friendly status updates. This position works collaboratively with artists and technicians to develop standards, test new configurations and applications, and ensure all systems function in a consistent and reliable manner. Job Function s Design, develop, and operate enterprise management systems for desktop and mobile devices. Develop processes for testing and deploying new products and operating systems. Create and manage Apple enterprise device policies. Lead the creation and implementation of Apple management best practices. This role serves as the central operational integrator across LAIKA's internal teams (marketing, creative, publicity, distribution, business development) and external partners, ensuring consistent strategy, creative alignment, and execution across domestic and international media agency partners. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Operations Officer (CMO/COO) and working in close partnership with the US and UK-based publicists, this position ensures awards campaigns are delivered on schedule, on budget, and in full creative and operational alignment across US and international theatrical markets. *This will be a temporary 9-month position. Job Functions Campaign & Project Management Serve as the operational lead for the awards season marketing initiatives, overseeing project plans, milestone tracking, and delivery timelines across LAIKA and its external partners. Provide weekly reporting on campaign progress, risks, and mitigations to the CMO/COO as well as operational oversight for day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of creative development and production issues.
