Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a highly accomplished Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native platforms across enterprise and integration ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture, Java/Python development, and enterprise integration patterns, along with a focus on AI/ML-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable systems using Java and/or Python Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS Build enterprise integration frameworks using APIs and event-driven patterns Develop microservices and distributed systems Integrate enterprise platforms like Salesforce and third-party systems Develop AI-powered solutions for automation and insights Ensure system scalability, security, and performance Drive CI/CD and engineering best practices Mentor engineers and provide leadership Qualifications Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in Java and/or Python Proven experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications on AWS Deep understanding of
